My Rack Buddies are falling out.

Partially loaded or empty magazines might allow the Rack Buddy to bounce free of the feed lips.  Be sure you have the magazine loaded to its full capacity, minus 2 rounds.   You can also try removing only one round.

Be sure the number on the side matches your caliber.  9 for 9mm, .38 super.  40 for .40 caliber and .45 ACP.

I can't get the Rack Buddy loaded.

The hole in the front is to facilitate loading and unloading by inserting a small screwdriver or allen wrench.

Be sure to press firmly onto the top round at the angle matching the rear cut of the Rack Buddy.  Continue pressing until the bottom front edge passes the front lip of your magazine. Then level it out and press toward the rear.  M&P 9mm magazines can be especially tricky, but they will fit. It may be necessary to remove a 3rd round from M&P magazines.

They don't all look the same.

Rack Buddies are printed using a 3D printer with locally sourced materials.  The color and surface texture may vary.  They will all work as intended and any variations in surface texture and color do not affect performance.
